I really enjoyed working with my practitioner and liked it very much that she was engaged and seemed invested in my case. I received useful and practical advice on how to introduce a couple of changes to help my microbiome and energy levels. I was encouraged to try foods that I was afraid of because they caused me discomfort some time ago. Trying more things allowed me to see that I indeed can eat more things now without symptoms.
