We all have times when we feel fully in flow and suddenly making positive changes is easy; losing weight, getting fit, eating healthier meals. We feel great and it just snowballs. But all too easily we lose the momentum and slip back, ‘lose the thread’ and can’t find it again. This is what transformative coaching is about – showing you that you always have access to that innate flow. This is why I work first on guiding you ‘into the zone’ and then offer the technical skills of Nutritional Therapy into your Programme if that is beneficial for you.
